GRACE GOSPEL CHURCH MINISTRY’S
PASTORAL NEW YEAR’S ADDRESS
Pastor George D. Cutler
December 31, 2007
Colossians 1:26-28 (from the Greek Text) : “the mystery which has been hidden from the ages and from the generations but now was manifested to His saints, “to whom God willed to make known what the rich glory of this mystery is among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory; whom we proclaim admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom that we might present every man prefect in Christ.”
“There is Only One Direction that We should move in.”
I indeed am blessed of God to address you chivalrously on the last day preceding the first day of 2008. As I’ve often stated, I truly thank God for all whom He has placed in the Grace Gospel Church Ministry. I certainly thank God for all of you …….those who have enthusiastically embraced the pure Grace Doctrines ………….as well as those whose progress we daily petition God for according to His will. Currently as I speak, we are approaching nine and one half years of ministering, which basically vehicles on four wheels: 1). teaching the Sovereign Grace of God in Election to salvation, 2). espousing ontology (the actualization of existence) of all things exclusively in God’s Divine Decree in Eternity with their manifestations postured exclusively in the Time Capsule, 3). distinguishing the Scriptures according to what our study has evinced are seven dispensations and their corresponding covenants and 4). exegeting the Scriptures from the various copies of the original Greek manuscripts by the process of utilizing the three-fold scrutiny of grammatically, historically and contextually analyzing their contents. We are certainly aware that these approaches to studying and teaching God’s Word has without a doubt, dissociated our ministry from mainline orthodox Christendom but we are convinced that our convictions in executing these endeavors commandeers us closer to the truth for the Grace Church in the Grace Dispensation. As we are assembled in the sanctuary today, I pray that the majority of you will, if you have not already, internalize these approaches in agreement with the commission of this ministry. We have been formed to utilize these modes of channels through which the coordination of these glorious truths are gleaned. We truly believe that this was God’s intent in His Decree of the Grace Gospel Church Ministry.
From the time that this ministry and assembly were formed almost ten years ago, centuries-old traditional, as well as the modern and denominational Church Cultures, has comprised the structured landscape of majority Religious Systems today; as they are propagated in their various formats of religious societies. Even though they are most proficient in the organization of their tenets, genuine spiritual hunger and the anguish of truly scriptural thirst are for the most part, inaccessible to average church attendees. As a general rule, Spiritual Epistemology is off-limits, due to the average ministries’ priorities on trendy styles instead of scriptural substance. As a result of this, many of God’s people are daily burdened with the mental fatigue of traveling through life, continually barred from peacefully abiding in knowledge of the security that is in Christ. Too many continue to be in dire need of genuine spiritual exercises in activities that exude the spiritually fresh nourishment of living in this world while yet abiding beyond this world. Too many are in desperate need of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in guiding their mental capacities deep into the wells of matured spiritual knowledge …………...and here the emphasis is on the “matured spiritual knowledge,” which is drawn from correct exegeses of the Scriptures, hence exuding a firm "no" to the unscriptural yet constantly sought after fleshly aggradations.
In surveying the conveyance of “our Gospel, the Mystery,” which was revealed to the Apostle Paul for the Grace Church in the present dispensation, it yet continues to denounce as scriptural "interposition" and "nullification" the conniving methods being utilized in worship services and daily living instructions and directives, which in effect deny the recipients of such an effective walk in God. As previously observed, instead of them basking in the scriptural assurances of the Grace Covenant, all too many of God’s people are terrified by the trials of day and daunted by the uncertainties of night in a corroding sense of fear and a nagging sense of continuous alarm-ness. But things can and must progress from this carnal mentality. The undertaking of this must persevere in assault after assault upon the institution of Synergism, which inevitably must come tumbling down ………………….yes in this life and surely in manifestation of Eternal life, which is to come. We currently perceive that during this era of ministry operations, the entire edifice of Synergism must be scripturally challenged………yes even in spite of its tradition, comfort and appeal, it must be profoundly shaken at its unscriptural roots.
The ultimate goal of this ministry engenders dismantling the unrealistic hope invested in earthly, temporary entropies (measure of existing disorders), the consequences of which are deeply felt by every instinct of insecurity in this life. It is impossible to count the number of religious establishments that are socially open to all yet spiritually open to none. In effect, God’s people are mostly insensitive to the larger society and facts of the BIG PICTURE of eternal living because such is veiled from the majority by their daily challengers in the temporary capsule of time. Yet, in lieu of such sightlessness, the essence of all things abiding in Christ with eternal benefits thereof must become a dominating issue in every assembly …………even as we’ve often stated, crowding the daily consciences of the spiritually informed. The interfacing of the genuine Grace message pleads for traditional and denominational change and in this endeavor, we must stand up and confront all oppressors of “the liberty that is in Christ.” We must face those that are set squarely as champions of orthodox religiosities and move within the strength and dignities of the Word of God toward all unscriptural Church Cultures that foist incorrect doctrinal teachings. This will require utmost fortitude and courage in confronting humanly institutionalized and authorized orthodoxy. Indeed, this is resoundingly the struggle integrated ……..not slightly but wholly in the external stream of that which is powerfully entrenched within the victory that overshadows all earthly gains.
Nearly 91/2 years of the Grace Gospel Ministry’s course have engendered hewing strictly to exegeses of the Scriptures, in recognizing that we cannot conscientiously conform to the tenets of traditional orthodoxy in Hermeneutics (the branch of theology concerned with explaining or interpreting religious concepts, theories and principles). Proper exegeses of the Scriptures has enabled the freedom to garner the liberty that is solidly entrenched in the eternal benefits of the doctrines of the Grace Covenant. This knowledge of the Eternal Decree of God has alleviated the lion’s share of the doubts and uncertainties that grip many of God’s people and constitute some of the cruelest instincts that mostly affect us in negative manners. Some other purposes of spiritual comprehensions are alleviating indifferent, unconcerned saints from lethargy and subpoenaing spiritually conscientious appeal of our services to God.
This of course must be strictly viewed in light of scriptural facts; in knowing that all that is obtained and subsequently gained in this sense is solely the results of God’s will for individual lives. Hence, it would be hypocritical indeed to fail to acknowledge that what has been allowed of ones progressive walk in Christ must be modestly traced exclusively to the enabling Grace of God. This view, without question, forbids the saying that it is ones own will and doings that stand at the forefront of the positive movements that bring forth monumental changes in ones manifested testimony (Ephesians 2:10). The progressive legitimacy of significant progressing from the daily problems of depravity is far from having been resolved in the various facets of our lives. This is indeed evidenced by the deep rumblings of discontent in our lives, which is indicative of the fact that the plants of freedom from the flesh is progressively chartered and thus never considered except merely in fruition of the manifestations of eternal life.
In discussing the awesome responsibilities that the Grace Gospel Church ministry will continually be challenged with, an inventory is again taken of our activities over the past year. Last year and also prior years, as we met in our regular weekly services, we were and are painfully aware of the struggles of prioritizing the eternal things of God over the temporary things of our daily lives. After living for years under the yoke of the total domination of our human continence, our actual citizenship in the sphere of the Heavenlies must be internalized in the total warfare for discriminating between the spiritual and the canal (worldly). We must provide the leadership in disseminating the fact that too many of God’s people destructively rebel against the spectacular results of strictly abiding in the mindset of Eternality. In the ensuing days, weeks and months ahead, we must perpetually perpetrate concerted challenges to every aspect of life’s exploitative demands.
Also, we must never forget the courageous actions and personal sacrifices of those historically moved according to scriptural revelations, as opposed to the comfortable accommodations of traditional denominations and orthodox Christendom. Because of their variedly enabled endeavors in propagating the doctrines of Sovereign Grace, Eternal Justification, Dispensational Division of the Scriptures and the pioneering of Actualization of all things in God’s Decree in lieu of them being Ontologized (coming into being) in Time, etc; our ministry is truly blessed in the enrichments of these glorious truths. All so inclined Grace Ministries must exert every powerful action in behalf of these messages for Grace Churches in the present Grace Dispensation. The religious doctrines and dogmas foisted for centuries by the various sectors have evoked traditionalism and denominationalism; forged as an array of amalgamated and institutionalized systems of Christian orthodoxy. In this light, the nature of the battle is that the antithesis of the Truth has availed in the mindsets of the majority of God’s people, which in many tenets does not even remotely mirror the contents of the Grace Covenant.
From the strict vantage-point of orthodox Traditionalism and Denominationalism, this seems to place genuine Grace ministering in a bind. In today’s conformance oriented climate, orthodoxy is the much sought after and accepted norm. In this sense, most of the religious orthodoxies engender the traditional modes of centuries old practices; howbeit skewed conceptions and comprehensions that are antitheses to the Truth. Even the established publication of the Scripture (yes, I’m talking about the Bible) is improperly apportioned two fold (Old and New Testament), in opposition to the fact that the messages are sevenfold (dispensations and covenants), category-wise. This astounding error has induced gleanings of instructions and directives from sectors of the Scriptures exuding no logical connection with matters that are applicable or pertinent to us as members of the Body of Christ. This has resulted in doctrines being discussed or investigated that have no bearings on the Eternal Entities. Even though such may be replete in information of importance concerning world issues, present-day events and the current state of society, they are germane strictly in their related appropriations of physicality. They may be significant in their present manifestations, yet they are not nearly as important; as they are indeed unrelated to the ultimate sphere of Eternality, which is what salvation, yes, even deliverance and hope really is all about!
Salvation in “our gospel” does not reference the Mosaic Covenant (the Law) ……NO, simply because the Law kills us, as well as them to whom it was given (Israel) and we need life (II Corinthians 3:6). No, what we’re talking about is far beyond the Law and in this ………...our inspirations can't come from Moses, the Patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob) and David, Solemn nor the Old Testament prophets. Salvation in “our gospel” does not reference the New Covenant (the Kingdom Gospel) ……NO, simply because the Kingdom was not decreed for us but to whom it was appropriated (Jeremiah chapter 31), as well as those Gentiles who will be manifestly annexed to Israel. No, what we’re talking about is far beyond the earthly Kingdom and in this sense, ………our inspirations can't come from the so-called “gospels” according to Matthew, Mark, Luke, the early conveyances in Acts nor the epistles of the Kingdom Apostles, James, Peter and John.
Allow me to iterate something at this point, such as to not be mistakenly misquoted. The Grace Gospel Ministry does not aver nor have we ever claimed that there is no spiritual value in the aforementioned writings. What we espouse is what “our gospel” declares ……… that our inspirations of directives and instructions can’t come from the Pentateuch (Genesis through Deuteronomy); neither can they come from the historical accounts of God’s dealings with as well as His future commitments to His elect people in prior and future dispensations, e.g., Joshua through Malachi; nor can they come from the actual “New Covenant” (New Testament) contents, e.g., the Synoptic Gospels plus John, engendering Kingdom Gospel conveyances concerning the culmination of God’s promises to be manifested in Revelations’ “Tribulation, Millennium and Everlasting Earth dwellings. Now, these writings are without a doubt very important, according to Romans 15:4: “for as much as was previously written, for our didaskali,an (theeth·ahs·kahl·ee·ahn) rendered “teaching” (learning), in order that through the patience, and comfort of the(se) Scriptures, we might have hope.”
Hence, the sole expressed value of these writings exude that their conveyances were written FOR us but not TO us. Yes, we have read from these passages a long time ago and gleaned that they don’t mirror “our gospel’ and are in fact antithetical to our doctrine. Their dialects are couched in earthly idealisms and infancy spiritualism of philosophized materialisms, which have been foisted into a ministering system of "dialectical materialism." Scripturally, i.e., according to the Gospel of Grace, we have to reject that. What “our gospel” states is that salvation focuses on our lives solely as individuals in election but also encompasses the social aspects of unity. Salvation imbues brotherhood that is found neither in the antithesis of ones own righteousness nor the doctrine of Synergism but in a higher synthesis. Yes, salvation is found in a higher synthesis that rejects the fallacy of both of these emperies. Ascertaining of this requires questioning the entire orthodox system, employing ultimate comprehension of the problems of self-centeredness, self-dependencies and self-aggrandizes, which form the triple ills that are interrelated in focusing away from God, toward depraved humanity.
Ultimately, “our gospel” addresses the Heavenlies eternal sphere of what salvation actually encompasses. In propagating the Kingdom Gospel’s account in John chapter three, orthodox Christendom points to the encounter between Nicodemus and Jesus: “one night, a juror came to Jesus and wanted to know what he could do to be saved.” Here, they correctly attest that Jesus didn't convey the kind of isolated approaches of what one shouldn't do to be saved, e.g., "you must stop lying, committing adultery, cheating, etc.,” but Jesus looked at him and said, "you must be born again." This is the consensual point from where all the diversities spring forth, as all semblances of what ones salvation demands are and what the gospel entails disintegrates or breaks into componential fragments, yielding small pieces of constituent parts; destroying any cohesion; thus, under-girding the destruction of unity in ministering the Gospel. Ephesians 4:3’s appeal for unity conveys that such is only accomplishable through the consensus of one message: the Gospel of Grace. Here, the underlined question is: “what is the one faith (Gospel) that is referenced in this verse of Scripture. It certainly can’t be drawn from the divers messages of the Scriptures that were spoken “in many parts and many ways, God of old having spoken to the fathers in the prophets” (Hebrews 1:1). In stark contrast, the focus must be “in these last days did speak to us in a Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He did make the ages.”
Hence, we confidently reference “our gospel” in Colossians 1:26’s conveyance: “the mystery which has been hidden from the ages and from the generations but now was manifested to His saints.” Here, the phrases the “Word of God” and the “Mystery” in are apposition, i.e., the Word of God is the Mystery and the Mystery is the Word of God. The Greek word musth, rion (mees·tee·ree·on) trasliterated “mystery” conveys reference to a distinct body of truth revealed unto the Apostle and thus it is in the light of this fact that it’s preponderant usage is with reference to a distinct body of truth, which behooves examination of the characteristics of this truth. The first observation is the basis fact that prior to the Apostle Paul, none in any age nor in any generation knew anything about the Mystery, in that during this time it was exclusively actualized in the Decree of God as a secret unknown by anyone other than in the mind of the Godhead. The fact that the mystery had been kept a secret right up to the point that it was revealed to Paul is adequately corroborated in his epistles (cf. Romans 16:25; I Corinthians 2:7-9; Ephesians 3:5, 9).
The second observation is the usage of the word nu/n (neen) rendered “now,” to focus on a pivotal point for the “Mystery’s” revelation in time. Thus, prior to the “now” time, the mystery was a secret solely in God but at the beginning of the now-time there began an unfolding of the truth of the Mystery. Hence, the Lord progressively revealed to the Apostle Paul the truth that constitutes the Mystery (Acts 26:16; 20:20, 27; II Corinthians 12:1; Ephesians 3:3-4). Romans 16:26 declares, “and having been manifested now…. “and Ephesians 3:5 conveys “which to other generations (it) was not made known to the sons of men as it has now been revealed . . .“ There was a time when God dealt with His elect through administering the Law and during this time, the mystery was a perfectly guarded secret in God. Subsequent to Israel’s manifested rejection of the prophesized Kingdom, God revealed to Paul and then to the Grace Testament apostles and prophets, the truth of the mystery (Acts 7:54-59; Ephesians 3:5).
In Colossians 1:25, Paul states that he was made a minister of the Church and that the dispensation of God (Grace) was given to him, which is the “Mystery,” i.e., Truth pertaining to God’s administration in the Grace Church. Reference to the revealed truth of the mystery, as being his gospel, is in the first person, i.e., mou (moo) rendered “my Gospel” or that which belonged to him (Romans 2:16). Also, this truth references the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery as his gospel, i.e., mou (moo) rendered “my Gospel” (Romans 16:25). There the conveyance is that no human being made any contribution to Paul’s Gospel, as it was given to him exclusively through revelation of Jesus Christ (Galatians 1:11-12). Paul states elsewhere that God was the one who revealed His Son evn evmoi. (ehn ehmee) rendered “in me,” in order that I might preach Him among the Gentiles (Galatians 1:16). Hence: (1) this revelation of the Son was distinct to Paul and (2) to preach Him among the Gentiles definitely ties this with the Mystery (Ephesians 3:6). This Gospel was a distinct revelation from God embracing the Gentiles (Colossians 2:7-9; 3:26-28; 6:15).
On the one hand, the “Mystery” is the comprehensive truth of Christ and His Church, which was directly made known to Paul (Ephesians 3:2-3, 8-9); further, it was the distinct message that Timothy was to teach (II Timothy 1:13-14; 2:2; 3:10, 14). On the other hand, the “Mystery Gospel” given to Paul was distributed and made known via the Grace Testament apostles, prophets and saints (Romans 6:26; Ephesians 3:5-6; Acts 10:34-36; 11:12, 18). This is all irrefutable evidence is that the “Mystery” was initially revealed to the Apostle Paul! The Greek phrase nu/n de. evfanerw,qh toi/j a`gi,oij auvtou/ (neen theh eh·phahn·ehr·o·thee tees ahy·ee·ees ahf·too) rendered “but now was manifested to His saints” must be understood in the light of its immediate context. Thus, it is affirmed that the mystery was hidden from previous ages and genew/n (yehn·eh·on) rendered “generations” progeny or offspring. The emphasis is that no human being previously knew about the “Mystery” but nu/n (neen) rendered “now” ………… evfanerw,qh (eh·phahn·ehr·o·thee) rendered “it was manifested,” made visible, disclosed and opened up to toi/j a`gi,oij auvtou (tees ahy·ee·ees ahf·too) rendered “His saints,” i.e., His holy ones. Here the contrast is between all who lived previously, from whom the mystery was totally hidden and the now-elect of God, the saints (designated one), to whom it has been disclosed. This disclosure to the saints has been primarily through revelations to the Apostle Paul (Ephesians 3:2-4).
Colossians 1:27 states: “to whom God willed to make known what the rich glory of this mystery is among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” As Colossians 1:26 declared that the “Mystery” was manifested to the saints, this verse (27) states that God had willed to make known to them something specific about the Mystery. Here, the Greek verb hvqe, lhsen (eeth·ehl·ee·sehn) rendered “had willed” denotes that God exercised His will in Eternity (note the aorist tense), which exudes predetermination (I Corinthians 12:18; 15:38; Philemon 14) rather than the weaker idea of inclination, in which case it would be translated to wish or want (Romans 1:13; I Corinthians 7:7; Galatians 3:2). Hence, what must be comprehended is that the sovereignty of God having effectuated something is thoroughly apart from all human input or influence, which denotes that there is no distinction between His inclination and predetermination. What God is inclined or wants to do mirrors in manifestation what He has already ontologized or brought into being. Averring that what God’s does depends upon mankind’s obedience constitutes conditional elements of human participation in the determination of His Will. This would be rendered a “joint-will,” thus denoting God’s plus human input. In such misconceptions, the cogitation is inaccurately expressed by the words “wish, want or desire;” by construing that God’s salvation is contingent upon depraved humans electing to exercise “their” faith in the sphere of time.
Sadly, it is orthodoxly viewed that there is a certain degree of human contingency involved in the carrying out of God’s will. In stark contrast, the manifestation of the “Mystery” reveals the setting of God having willed manifestation to the saints just what the rich glory of this mystery is in or among the Gentiles. One of the things that God willed and wanted His beloved to know was the quality and richness of the glory that belonged to the “Mystery.” Hence, God’s will for them was to know what the exceeding rich glory of the “Mystery” is. Observing further, the truth of the mystery was exceedingly glorious in that this surpassing rich glory is among the Gentiles; who previously were spiritually bankrupt in trespasses and sins. The surpassing rich glory of the mystery promised both Gentiles and Jews that Christ would spiritually reside in them. Previously, the pagan Gentiles were undoubtedly acquainted with evil spirits indwelling them, hence, the thought of the Son of God living in us is indeed great and glorious news!
Colossians 1:28 states, “whom we proclaim admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom that we might present every man perfect in Christ.” In light of the knowledge that Christ is in His elect and this truth is the basis for their hope of glory with Him, this verse explicates the mode of the “Mystery’s” ministering and its purpose. The Greek relative pronoun o]n (on) rendered “whom” points exclusively to Christ as the one that h`mei/j katagge, llomen (ee·mees kaht·ahy·yehl·lo·mehn) rendered “we proclaim.” This phrase conveys the basic connotation of distributing a message, hence to making known by announcing and publishing or as its usage in some passages depicts, to talk about, communicate or even more, the conversational sharing of’ truth (Acts 16:17, 21; Romans 1:8; I Corinthians 2:1; Philippians 1:17-18). The present tense depicts Paul and others continuously utilizing the most suitable method for propagating Christ, i.e., the message is centered in Jesus Christ (Acts 17:3; I Corinthians 11:26).
The continuous communication of Christ to others is tantamount to admonishing such ones. The Greek word nouqetou/ntej (noo·theht·oon·dehs) rendered “admonishing” is derived from nouj (voos) and ti/qh|mi (tee·thee·mee) literally denoting to place or put in the mind, as it conveys: “reminding and warning.” The present participle implies continuously reminding every believer of this truth for the Church. Note the singular phrase pa,nta a;nqrwpon (pahndah ahnthropon) rendered “every man,” as it is used three times in this verse, emphasizing the personal one-to-one ministry to designated ones rather than it generally addressing “all men.” This conveys that the “Mystery” is a more personal revelation-type ministry, e.g., at Ephesus, Paul admonished each one (Acts 20:31); at Thessalonica the one who disobeyed God’s Word was to be personally admonished as a brother (II Thessalonians 3:14-15).
The continuously proclaiming and addressing of the “Mystery exude teaching every (designated) man in all wisdom. In the Grace Dispensation, the ideal ministry in the local assembly is one of both mutual teaching and admonishing (Colossians 3:16) in personally ministering to the assembly. The contents of this teaching is evn pa,sh| sofi,a (ehn pahs·ee soph·ee·ah) rendered “in each wisdom.” Note, the word sofi,a (soph·ee·ah) rendered “wisdom” is singular, thus referring to a given body of truth, the “Mystery,” which is the subject of this context. It is obvious in the conveyances of Paul’s epistles that the Greek word sofi,a (soph·ee·ah), i.e., “wisdom” is synonymous in reference to the “Mystery” (I Corinthians 2:1, 6-7; Ephesians 1:8-9; 3:9-10). The truth contained in the mystery is the revelation regarding the Body of Christ and as such is the specific wisdom that gives the directives necessary for living pleasingly to God in this present Church age!
Finally, the purpose in proclaiming and teaching this wisdom according to God’s Decree is that the ministry parasth, swmen (pahr·ahs·tee·so·mehn) rendered “might present, having presented (every (designated man) te,leion evn Cristw/ (tehl·ee·on ehn Khrees·to) rendered “perfect (complete) in Christ.” The word parasth, swmen (pahr·ahs·tee·so·mehn) rendered “present” denotes to place beside or position before. Hence, the ministry’s purpose is to present designated ones mature in Christ in the presence of God (Romans 6:13; II Timothy 2:15). The Greek word te,leion (tehl·ee·on) rendered “perfect” denotes having brought to completion those fully developed or matured. Thus, admonishing and teaching the truth of the mystery produces spiritual development and maturity in Christ before God as the ultimate goal of “Mystery” ministering (Romans 16:25). In this sense, the entire orthodox structure of ministering must be changed. A system that has kept its constituency in ignorance for centuries needs to be abandoned. Generally, economics have been the influential motivation, in that the exploits of gartering and maintaining the earthly wares to have, have formulated the prime investments and everything else that is deemed useful as protection and security. All of these problems are tied together and what I'm saying today is that there is only one direction that this ministry should move in. We must go forth this day and say to all of God’s people: "you were saved i.e., son-positioned in Christ by God’s Decree, in Eternity!"
And so, I conclude by saying today that we have the task of moving in the direction of pursuing the dismantling of religious traditional orthodoxy with the dissatisfaction of such unscriptural practices. Instead of seeking the comfort and acceptance of these orthodox conformities to religious traditionalisms and Denominationalism:
¾ Let us move forward until assemblies’ ministering of God’s Word no longer exudes such high concentrations of humanistic creeds yet exhibiting anemia of spiritual deeds.
¾ Let us move forward until the tragic walls that separate the outer circles of wealth and comfort from the inner circles of sacrificial service shall be crushed by the battering rams of the forces of scriptural enlightenment.
¾ Let us move forward until those who live on the outskirts of Eternal hope are brought into the metropolis of Eternal security.
¾ Let us move forward until the slum goods of this present age are cast into the junk heaps of temporariness in comprehensiveness that the dwelling of every member of the Body of Christ encompasses being eternally “in Him.”
¾ Let us move forward until the dark manifestations of depraved humanities are transformed into the bright manifestations of His righteous Eternal Entries. .
¾ Let us move forward until salvation is no longer anticipated as a problem that needs to be solved by so-called “freewill” human input in time but exclusively as the opportuneness of God’s Sovereign Election in Eternity.
¾ Let us move forward until all of God’s people realize that whatever earthly state they may be in, the contents of their eternal state far overshadows the present inconveniences of their temporarily assigned abode.
¾ Let us move forward until every child of God perceive by the renewing of their minds being housed in the sphere of God’s eternal justice, mercy and grace.
¾ Let us move forward until every child of God renders the essence of “Christ in you” (them) as the sole entity of the “hope of glory.”
¾ Let us move forward until the comprehension of the “saints” glorified state far overshadows the present trials and tribulations presently being encountered in the course set before them, such that they will not exhibit the ‘”spirit of fear.”
¾ Let us move forward until all of God’s people comprehend that all things were actualized by God’s Divine Decree in Eternity.
¾ And finally, Let us move forward until that day when none will misconstrue human power in lieu of the workings of God, which are facilitated solely by His Spirit, as He decreed everything, beforehand, before the creation of the world!
Now, my fellow labors-in-Christ, the road ahead will not in any way be smooth. There will yet be the rocky places of frustrations and meandering points of bewilderments. There will be inevitable setbacks here and there and moments when the buoyancy of the image of progress will be heavy laden with the fatigue of despair. Sometimes the anticipated goals will be shattered and our ethereal (Heavenlies) hopes blasted. Yes, even as we again and again encounter the bier of some those that scoff at us; simply because of their ignorance of the eternal workings of God. But as difficult and painful as our sacrifices may be, we must walk on in the days ahead with an audacious (daring) faith in the future of this ministry. Hence, as we continue our charted course, we indeed gain consolation from words that were so nobly conveyed by our beloved Apostle, Paul: “be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for you know that the labor of your love is not in vain” (I Corinthians 15:58).
Accordingly, let this affirmation be our ringing cry, as It will give us the courage for ministering the certainties of our future. It will give our tired efforts new strength as we continue our forward stride in the directions set before us. When our days become dreary with the low-hovering clouds of despair and when our nights manifest darker than a thousand midnights, let us remember that there is God’s decreed force in this universe that has already accomplished dismantling of the adversary’s strongholds of opposition to Eternal truth ……a power that is able to manifest a way out of no way and transform dark yesterdays into bright tomorrows. Let us realize that according to God’s design, the arc of the universe is ultimately devised to bend toward eternal peace and justice. Let us realize that “Eternal Truth,” seeming crushed in earthly temporariness, will in the final analysis manifest. So we will move in the direction of un-dauntingly ministering the Eternal, Heavenlies, Spiritual unseen things of God; realizing that the Scriptures are right in declaring God’s process: "Be not deceived. God is not mocked for whatsoever man sows; that shall he also reap." Thus, this is our Eternal hope and in this we testify, "We have overcome because we know whom we have believed and have been persuaded that He has secured what He caused us to commit to Him in anticipation of the manifestation of that DAY!
